Refund Policy

At Opulence Pune, we understand that plans can change.
Our cancellation and refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all event bookings.

Refund Structure:

  • Cancellation made 7 days before the event:  No Refund

  • Cancellation made 10 days before the event:  25% Refund

  • Cancellation made 15 days before the event:  50% Refund

Note:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via official email or registered communication.

  • The management reserves the right to make exceptions in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
